Dudley’s Bakery
This is in Santa Ysabel, a sleepy little hamlet on the way to Julian. Julian is a sleepy hamlet, but a bit bigger and more well known in SoCal. Dudley’s is a famous bakery in the region and they have a small deli with made to order sandwiches. Here is a roast beef & provolone on country white, grilled panini style.
If there was no mayonnaise on it, that could be a near-perfect sandwich!
