Homemade Eggs Benedict

My wife has been inspired recently to make one of our favorite indulgence breakfasts from scratch. I was merely there for extra hands when needed. Also included scratch hashbrowns from freshly grated potatos. The Benedicts started with a base of English muffin halves toasted in the skillet, topped with quickly sauteed Canadian bacon slices, poached eggs, and finally crowned with our homamade hollandaise. All turned out excellent and we’ll definitely be doing this again!
