What a wonderful off-Friday my wife and I had at San Diego’s best mall, Fashion Valley. We decided to go today instead of tomorrow because we knew Saturday in December would be a complete horror show. It was the perfect Foodie Friday. Before lunch at STACKED we created some inflation at Williams Sanoma and Sur La Table.

Shown here is my Stack ‘n Bleu burger. A medium well Angus patty topped with Applewood smoked bacon, crispy onion strings, blue cheese crumbles and a balsamic drizzle. Next is my wife’s Stacked Mac. Made with Andouille sausage, bacon and blue cheese crumbles. Can’t wait to go back!
