Stone Brewing Company

I’m a day behind here so the next couple posts will be behind. Last night we went to Stone Brewing’s restaurant and they unfortunately changed their menu unbeknownst to us. This is actually my wife’s plate which turned out more photogenic than mine. Gone is the waygu top sirloin and Brabant potatos. Here is the bone in New York strip with potato mash. It actually is adorned with what they call a sweet potato and shellfish hash, but that sounded a bit much so my wife opted for traditional mash.
