Potato thing…

So, my wife did this the other day. Guess where she got the idea? Pinterest of course, haha. Not sure if there’s any special technique other than making a bunch of thin slices that don’t go all the way through. Then I thinks it’s drizzled with olive oil, dusted with kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper. It sure is attractive. Tasted good too!

  1. this is called the hasselback potato, you can also sprinkle some paprika or garlic powder over for extra flavour 🙂

    I’ve done that with thinly sliced onion slices cooked in between the slices too. 🙂
