Outback Steakhouse

I continue to be impressed by Outback and how they cook their meats consistently good.  At least here in SoCal.  The salads on the other hand seem to be going down hill unfortunately.  This steak and (petite) lobster is one of my favorite dishes.  I typically prefer fries or some other side, but a fantastic protein centerpiece such as this just calls for a loaded baked tater!
