The Par Lounge

Very pleased with our Blanco (white) Pizza from Oaks Grille/Par Lounge tonight. For a while there it seemed like they were cooking their pizzas under a broiler, but this one was perfectly baked.Large is $17 – made with a flavorful garlic white sauce; abundant fresh spinach; liberal amounts of thinly sliced prosciutto (gets perfectly crispy in the oven); numerous daubs of creamy ricotta; and of course mozzarella all over.  

This pie is a perfect choice for those with tomato allergies and what not… It is not inexpensive, but you can tell it’s made with quality ingredients and is well put together.
