Miguel’s Cocina

Such a tasty and creative appetizer that Miguel’s calls “Queso Fundido Mar y Tierra”.  Sautéed Mexican shrimp, chorizo and salsa Fresca in a skillet of molten jack cheese.  Served with warm flour tortillas, but really shines with some fresh, thick, crispy tortilla chips.
