Zatarain’s 

Back in the day I used to make jambalaya from scratch.  Now I enjoy the convenience of the great products from Zatarain’s.  They have a varied selection of New Orleans favorite recipes.  I just sautee some cut up andouille sausage, maybe add some cooked chicken and/or shrimp and go from there.  Turns out great every time.
