Visited July 4, 2020 – There is a fantastic new (2 page) brunch menu at The Oaks Grille! I’ve tried several new things over the last few weeks and have enjoyed them all. Yesterday though was a standout with this “Chili Relleno Omelet”. Inside is Ortega chile, jack & cheddar cheese, then topped with a delicious, savory ranchero sauce, more cheese and crumbled queso fresco. Served with your choice of side plus toast, only $11. I was really impressed. This omelet was brilliantly constructed and cooked. I’m a fan of good chile rellenos and it really seemed like I was eating one with this omelet. Sadly, my beloved complimentary champagne is now history. $4 a glass now, or $15 for a bottle isn’t bad I suppose.
