On the Border

Outstanding “Border Bowl” at OTB in Esco! Cilantro lime rice, black beans (omitted of course), pickled red onions, toasted corn, queso fresco, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, lime crema, and sliced avocado topped with your choice of protein. I ordered mine with the grilled steak and the whole thing was such a combustion of flavor. Highly recommended if you’re looking to eat on the somewhat lighter side.
