Homemade Ramen

Recently made a kicked up homemade ramen thing that turned out pretty tasty!  Just start with one of those cheap grocery store ramen packs and add some cut up green onions, sprouts, sriracha, lime, etc.

Big Bang Sushi

Outstanding speciality roll they call the “Padres Roll”!  Inside was tempura shrimp, krab and cucumber.  On top, soft shell crab, avocado, spicy mayo, eel sauce and green onion!

Iron Wok

Outstanding teriyaki beef bowl at Iron Wok!

Love Boat Sushi

Outstanding spicy shrimp roll susie thing with an oddly presented order of crispy gyoza.

Pei Wei Asian Diner

Here’s a new sushi thing at Pei Wei they call the Kung Pao Shrimp Sushi.  It was outstanding!  The Pad Thai on the other hand is always loose and haphazardly constructed.

Ralph’s Fresh Fare

I may not eat sushi from a gas station, but a grocery store?  No problem!  Especially when it’s as good as Ralph makes it!

Boto Sushi

Here’s a roll Boto calls Row-Sham-Bow.  It’s topped with baked spicy lobster and a spicy aioli.  Inside is snow crab, cucumber, avocado and masago.  I know it looks like a hot mess and it tasted about the same.  Probably won’t order this roll again.
