Pei Wei Asian Diner

Not the most legit Pad Thai, but I really appreciate that I can get all of my Asian favorites under one roof.  Pei Wei’s menu is inspired by ancient Asian cooking, from the wok-fired classics of China to the street market tastes of Thailand.

The outstanding fried rice bowl is probably my favorite thing to order at Pei Wei. Perfect with their lean, flavorful, thin sliced steak. Just a great all around meal in a bowl. Highly recommended if you’re a fan of fried rice.

Outstanding teriyaki chicken bowl at Pei Wei!  Includes spinach, napa cabbage, carrots and onions, all Wok-fired then tossed in a sweet soy glaze.

Outstanding fried rice bowls at Pei Wei!  Probably my favorite thing to order here, especially with beef.  Even the small size is a generous amount of food.  I always feel like laying down afterwards.

Outstanding Mongolian Beef at Pei Wei!  Almost as good as their big brother, PF Chang.

This Korean spicy bowl thing with steak at Pei Wei was remarkably good!!

Here’s a new sushi thing at Pei Wei they call the Kung Pao Shrimp Sushi.  It was outstanding!  The Pad Thai on the other hand is always loose and haphazardly constructed.
